Travel & Lodging    Expenses	TRAVEL Over 10 miles $.75 cents per mile up to 99 miles.	An additional charge of $100.00 will be added to the total package price when travel exceeds 100 miles up to 150 miles. An additional charge of $250.00 will be added to the total package price when travel exceeds 150 miles. If travel exceeds 100 miles and the event ends at 11:00 P.M. or later, an additional charge of $150.00 will be added to the total package price (For Lodging), not including travel expenses.
